After being suspended twice from Google Plus over their “real names” policy in what turned into #nymwars, aestetix joined forces with several others to create NymRights, devoted to protecting anonymity and pseudonymity on the Internet and in general. He’s also done years of public speaking at events such as HOPE in New York City, CCC in Berlin, and Shmoocon in Washington DC.
